What’s your favorite thing about working for Puls?

Repairing is what I love. Being able to take on repairs with Puls keeps my skills fresh.

Craziest place you've done a repair?

At a country bar, right in front of the bull ride.

Craziest customer story?

They shattered their screen by dropping it from a roller coaster. Luckily they were able to retrieve it and it was fixable.

What’s your favorite device to repair or install? Why?

iPhones because most of the time they are fixable.

What’s the most challenging device to repair? Why?

HTC devices because of the way they are built.

Share a fun fact about yourself with us:

Even though my everyday job is nothing but computers and technology, I still find myself using old fashioned pen and paper for my personal tasks.

What show are you binge-watching these days?

Oddbods. I have two boys: a one-year-old and a three-year-old, so Oddbods is playing on a loop at my house.

Favorite phone app:

YouTube! It can be both educational and entertaining.

If you could only drive one car for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Jeep.

Ring Camera Installation: How to Tell if it’s Installed Properly

The Ring Video Doorbell is not only a pretty nifty device (especially if you’re like us and you can’t get enough gadgets), but it also makes us feel more safe and secure at home or when we’re away from our home. But like any other piece of equipment or technology that you add to your home, the Ring Video Doorbell can be tricky to install, and if it was done incorrectly then it won’t work—meaning that you won’t be able to properly use it for security (and let’s face it, to see if any neighborhood feral cats come to your door).
