What’s your favorite thing about working for Puls?
Leaving a customer’s place with a smile on their face because their phone is working again.
Craziest place you've done a repair?
At a sushi bar.
Craziest customer story?
I had to repair [a phone] on my car using the trunk as table because the customer didn’t have one inside of his small apartment. Suddenly, it started to rain a lot, so I ran inside the car and I gave my only umbrella to the customer, who was next to me, to protect him and the phone while I was moving everything inside the car.
I got all wet like I had jumped in a pool with all my clothes on! Although the good part is, I could [still] finish the repair successfully.
What’s your favorite device to repair or install?
What’s the most challenging device to repair? Why?
iPads, because you have to determine the exact amount of heat and right timing to be able to open the device.
